Elihu is not sounding any better than Job or the other "friends" of Job. I'm not sure if he understands that Job's complaints may not come from a lack of faith, but rather because Job is a mortal and is in pain. Job's complaints against God come from frustration, confusion, and the suffering he is undergoing. In all this, Job is angry. I'm thinking that God can handle the complaints from one man. Even Elihu states this.
Who then shall we complain to? God or man? Who can deal with our raw emotions better than God? How big is your God? Think about how much He has already put up with from us and still loves us to have sent us His Son to die for us.
I'm thinking that Elihu's advice is turning out not much better than Job's other friends. I'm thinking that sometimes it is best to keep our lips closed.
